One2Sell* does not buy or sell merchandise. We provide a marketplace where buyers and sellers can easily find each other.

One2Sell is not responsible for any damage/loss resulting from advertisements and cannot be held liable for any misplaced or inaccurate advertisements. The accuracy of any advertisement is the sole responsibility of the person placing the advertisement.

DO NOT post ads that contain:

  • Inaccurate or misleading descriptions of your product or service.
  • Copyright-protected or plagiarized material.
  • Ads with discriminatory (race or religion) content.
  • Offensive language, images, or video links.
One2Sell reserves the right to remove or refuse any advertisement without explanation. The following ad type ads are strictly prohibited (ads will be deleted and user accounts suspended):
  • Duplicated ads in different categories/sub-categories or multiple placements before an ad expires.
  • Get rich quick schemes, make money by reading emails, clicking ads, or surfing the internet.
  • Loans or financial schemes originating from overseas.
  • 419, work-at-home, and other scams.
  • Excessive number of ads from a single user
We respect your right to privacy. In accepting our terms and conditions, you agree to allow your information to be kept in a database for the sole purpose of connecting buyers and sellers. You allow us to contact you by various means, including email, phone, and/or SMS on issues concerning your advertisement.
