Email Address
One2Sell uses your email address to verify that you are human and not a spambot before allowing you to place an ad. Your email address is also required
so that prospective buyers/sellers can contact you. One2Sell will
contact you by email if there is a problem with your ad(s). We will not
sell it or make it available to our advertisers.
To
prevent collection by spammers, your email address does not appear
anywhere on the site. If someone wants to send an email to you, they
must use the secure contact form.
Username and Password
Names are not unique on One2Sell. When you place an ad or login to One2Sell, you are recognized by your email address.
Passwords
for registered users are encrypted and stored in a secure database. If
you forget your password, you can retrieve it using your email address.
Passwords can be reset but not accessed by our support staff.
State, City, Postcode, and Phone Number
State, city, and postcode are required user information. They are stored along with your
email address and used to sort and search ads. A phone number is
optional. However, we recommend including a mobile phone number as
buyer/sellers often contact each other by SMS.
Hyperlink Policy
One2Sell
allows hyperlinks within ads as long as the links are relevant to ad
content. Links to sites that are unrelated to ad content and/or violate
our terms and conditions will be removed.
When
you click on a link and leave our website you will be subject to the
privacy policy and terms of use of the website that you are going to
visit.
Cookies
One2Sell
uses temporary cookies to store data needed for personal preferences
which improve a visitor's experience. The cookies are stored on your
computer and don't contain any recognizable private information. For
example, a cookie is used to maintain your login if you are a
registered user. We don't collect any marketing data.
Occasional Newsletter
One2Sell sends out occasional newsletters (3 or 4/year) with new
feature updates and other information of interest to our users. Each
newsletter has an opt-out/unsubscribe link to comply with spam control laws. If you opt-out, you will no longer receive any
marketing information.
